  • SERVICES INCLUDE:
    Valuations
We provide thorough, in-depth, and well-researched valuations of art collections. This process includes capturing all cataloguing information for each artwork (artist name, nationality, and dates; artwork title; medium; size; signature; date; provenance; exhibition history; literature), assessing the condition and producing a report for each artwork, a good-quality photograph of the artwork and, finally, assigning a suitable, accurate and market-related value to each artwork (for insurance, resale, and probate valuation purposes).

    Digital Inventory
We provide professional management of your collection based on high-quality, intuitive digital inventory and collection management software. This supports the documentation, inventory, and presentation of your collection and replaces the traditional and outdated pdf valuation documents that have been supplied historcally.

Our Collection Management service includes having your full collection hosted on a central digital repository that you can access online via a web portal on your laptop, and through a bespoke app on your smart device. The digital platform gives you your own private viewing rooms – always live, always online, and always available from any smart device – where your collection is stored and presented in a flattering digital format for easy access and reference to show friends, curators, other collectors, insurers, or for personal browsing.

    Conservation & Restoration
We monitor the quality and condition of all artworks in our clients' collections and obtain regular feedback and reports from conservators to ensure all artworks are appropriately maintained. When necessary we oversee and supervise any conservation projects on our clients' behalf.

We will advise you on all matters relating to the conservation, preservation and restoration of your artworks – from assessment and condition reporting, through administration, logistics and access to the most appropriate conservators and service providers.

    Framing
We manage all framing, archiving and presentation requirements of artworks in our clients' collections.

    Logistics
We organise all the shipping, transportation and storage requirements to meet our clients' unique needs. We assist with international customs, imports, exports, taxes and insurance.

    Loans
We arrange, process and administer loans on our clients' behalf. We process and administer loans to temporary exhibitions and long-term loans to museums, covering the full process from the initial loan-agreement, through logistics, insurance, condition reporting, display and documentation, to the time the artwork returns to your possession, on a “nail-to-nail” basis.
