1.1. PFA may utilize and store the following information:

1.1.3. Data received from purchasing, selling, or posting material to PFA.
1.1.4. Correspondence-related information between PFA and interested parties, Clients, Buyers, or Sellers, whether through email or other means.
1.1.5. Research-related information, obtained through surveys.
1.1.6. Information from telephone communications or in-person transactions, exhibitions, and sales.
1.1.7. General information obtained during the receipt of hard copy documents, including date of birth, name, address, occupation, interests, and credit information (if required by PFA).
1.1.8. Details from the completion of any sales contract between PFA, the Buyer, and/or Seller.
1.1.9. Details from visits to PFA's website and resources/information accessed.
1.2. The data collected shall only be used for internal purposes and will not be supplied or distributed to any third party without the consent of the relevant interested party, Client, Buyer, or Seller, except as required by law or reasonably necessary for PFA to fulfil its obligations under its Terms of Business.
1.3. Personal information, whether private or public, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or provided to any other company without the consent of the relevant interested party, Client, Buyer, or Seller, except for the purpose of collecting purchased Artworks, Books, and/or Services. Trusted third parties assisting PFA in website operation, business conduct, or servicing the website will maintain confidentiality.
1.4. Release of any personal information will be done only as deemed necessary by PFA to comply with the law, enforce its Terms of Business, or protect third parties' rights, property, or safety.
2. PROCESSING OF ONLINE INFORMATION BY PFA
2.1. PFA may collect and store information related to a User’s computer, including IP address, operating system, and browser type, to assist with system administration from website use and previous transactions.
2.2. Cookies may be placed on PFA's website to:
2.2.1. Customise the website based on User preferences.
2.2.2. Improve customer services.
2.2.3. Accelerate searches.
2.2.4. Automatically store information on the most visited links.
2.2.5. Send updated marketing information (with User consent).
Users can choose not to accept cookies, but this may restrict the use of certain links on the website. Cookies are solely for collecting information about PFA's website and not personal information of the User.
3. STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1. PFA shall implement measures, including an electronic firewall system, virus scanning, security patches, vulnerability testing, regular backups, security checks, and recovery mechanisms, to ensure the security and privacy of all personal information.
3.2. All employees will be adequately trained in PFA's systems to maintain the protection of databases containing personal information.
3.3. Information, including personal details, account details, and addresses, will be encrypted, accessible only by authorised personnel, and stored securely.
3.4. After the sale of Artworks, Books, or Services, credit card and EFT details will not be stored by PFA.
3.5. PFA will not send emails requesting account details. PFA is not liable for losses resulting from fraudulent emails sent by third parties.
3.6. PFA may send emails regarding payment for registration fees or the purchase of Artworks, Books, or Services.
4. AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
PFA may amend, cancel, or rescind any provision of this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion by publishing any amended version.
5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Links to third-party websites on the PFA website are independent of this Privacy Policy, and PFA is not liable for information contained therein.
